As a Business Development Officer, you will play a crucial role in implementing business strategies aimed at achieving the company’s revenue targets. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Presenting, promoting, and selling the company's products and services to both existing and prospective customers.
• Analyzing customer needs and market trends to identify opportunities.
• Building, developing, and maintaining positive business relationships with customers.
• Reaching out to potential customers through cold calls and other outreach methods.
• Meeting and exceeding sales targets within specified deadlines.
• Updating and maintaining sales reports and customer information using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
• Providing management with insights on customer needs, competitor activities, and potential new products and services.
• Suggesting improvements to the company’s applications and features based on user feedback.
